A new survey of Australian IT channel companies has revealed a range of factors they believe are barriers to profit growth in 2020 and beyond.Channel partners and distributors told CRN and Kaseya that key obstacles include cash flow and profitability during the COVID-19 crisis, sales and marketing, and knowledge about which services to add to offerings.
